SCRIPT ANALYSIS
In this Master Class we will examine the role of script analysis in our work as actors, directors, playwrights, translators, designers, dramaturges, theater professors, and critics.
Script Analysis is the basis of our work. It deals with everything that happens in the play at every moment.
Through this deep analysis we are able to understand the moment to moment reality, progression, and development of each aspect of the story and the characters. The process must awaken the imagination, sensitivity, logic, personal associations; it should stimulate our creativity and help us make the most dramatic choices.
